Felder’s Collision Parts, Inc. guarantees steel bumpers and urethane/plastic bumper covers to the original purchaser as to defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the car. Defective units will be replaced free of charge to the original purchaser upon presentation of purchaser’s invoice, providing there has been no damage due to incidental acts or another collision, and the parts have been installed in accordance with industry standards. This warranty is non-transferable. Our recycled urethane/plastic bumper covers are primed with a flexible, waterborne primer. Some aftermarket bumper covers do not come primed, and they must be properly cleaned, prepped, and primed with a flexible primer before refinishing. Specific preparation procedure guides indicate procedures, which include scuffing, priming, and cleaning. Finish coat must include flex additive and must be sealed. Improper finishing, damaging, or scraping of bumper cover will void warranty.

Felder’s Collision Parts, Inc. guarantees our new replacement parts are free of defects in material and workmanship and meet or exceed generally accepted standards and specifications for replacement parts. Parts must be installed with accepted industry standards; when so installed, we guarantee our new replacement parts against premature failure with the provision that there has been no damage to that part. This warranty does not cover failure resulting from abuse or improper installation. Felder’s Bumper Sales, Inc. requires the customer to inform us of any problem with our parts before any alteration is made to that part. Unauthorized labor charges will not be honored. Once our personnel have inspected the vehicle, a decision will be made about any allowance for labor.
